Short Sayings
This is a collection of short sayings that many of us have heard over and over in our lives. Some are tried and true, some thoughtful, many very helpful. None of these are original thoughts of ours, just things that help us along the path of life
Learning is finding out what you already know. Doing is demonstrating that you know it. Teaching is reminding others that they know just as well as you. You are all learners, doers, & teachers	There is no such thing as a problem without a gift for you in its hands. You seek problems because you need their gifts.	You are never given a wish without also being given the power to make it true. You may have to work for it, however.	Every person, all the events in your life are there because you have drawn them there. What you choose to do with them is up to you.
Here is a test to find whether your mission on earth is finished: If you're alive, it isn't.	Death is like taking off a tight shoe.	One does not have to stand against the gale. One yields and becomes part of the wind.	Underneath anger is always fear, and underneath fear is always longing.
Trust LIFE, my friends. However far afield life seems to take you, this trip is necessary.	What time is it? "NOW"	If death could be seen as a beautiful clear lake, refreshing and bouyant, then when a consciousness moves towards its exit from a body, there would be that delightful plunge and it would simply swim away.	All mothers are loved ones that you have known before. There is no deeper relationship on the physical planet than mother and child.
